If you join Keys now, you may qualify for our FREE for Life Agent Referral Program!!

Level 1:

Earn $200 in cash back for every agent you refer to Keys Realty. Referred Agents must stay with Keys for 60 days.

Level 2:

Refer four agents to join Keys Realty, and you will achieve Capped for Life status, in addition to any cash back rewards you earn per agent. Referred agents must have completed at least two transactions in the past 12 months and remain with Keys for a minimum of 60 days to count toward the four agents referred. Once you are Capped for Life, you will no longer pay Keys standard transaction fee, only the Capped Transaction Fee ($125), for as long as you are with Keys Realty.

Level 3:

Refer four more agents to join Keys, bringing your total to eight agents, and they can become FREE for Life members. This means that once you achieve FREE for Life status, you will never pay another fee to Keys. This includes NO Transaction Fees, and NO TC Fees, ever. Referred agents must have completed at least two transactions in the past 12 months and stay with Keys for a minimum of 60 days to count toward the eight agents referred. Achieving CAP for Life and FREE for Life status does not replace cash back incentives for referrals; instead, it adds on top, giving you massive cash for simply referring agents to our Keys family.
